What is Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates is a dynamic, low-impact form of exercise performed on a spring-based machine known as the reformer. It combines mindful movement with resistance to build strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility — all without stressing the joints.
Is Reformer Pilates suitable for beginners?
Absolutely — FLO:R is built for all levels.
Whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth, our instructors tailor each class to your needs, helping you feel safe, supported, and strong from the very first movement.
What should I bring to class?
Just bring comfortable workout clothes and a pair of clean, non-slip socks (don’t worry — if you forget, you can buy them at the studio). Shoes are not allowed in the studio. Please wear leggings or workout pants without zippers, so the equipment stays safe and comfy for everyone.
How often should I attend classes?
Consistency is key. We recommend 2–3 times a week to really feel the difference in your body and mind — but any movement is a good start. Go at your own pace.
